haust.

About haust.
haust. is inspired by the Old Norse word for autumn; a season of transition, reflection, and renewal. Just as autumn prepares the ground for change, haust represents the space between what was and what’s next.

In the context of design thinking, haust reflects the iterative process of letting go of outdated systems, gathering insights (like a harvest), and creating space for new ideas to take root. It symbolises thoughtful transformation — the moment where empathy leads to clarity, and where prototypes turn into progress.

At haust, we embrace that spirit of change. We design experiences that help organisations evolve. Not through rigid frameworks, but through curiosity, creativity, and human understanding.
Will Easton - Founder & Director

I'm not your typical workplace consultant. I'm a designer of experiences, a challenger of norms, and a believer that work should work better, for the people who live it every day.

With a background that blends creative thinking, UX design, and strategic change, I’ve helped organisations like Smart DCC, NHS, Burberry, Lloyds Banking Group, and VMO2 rethink how space, services, and systems come together.
I’ve shaped experiences backed by £6 million+ budgets, but my drive has always been ideas over hierarchy, people over process.

I cut through the noise with insight, imagination, and a punk rock spirit, using design thinking and data to build workplace experiences that feel human.
From analogue frustrations to digital friction, I help fix the stuff that gets in the way.

At haust, it’s not just about delivery, it’s about designing moments that matter.
